Refunds, stated plainly

Digital keys are refundable in specific, honest cases: a key that was never delivered, a purchase made twice by accident, or software that will not run on your machine after support has genuinely tried to make it work. Those get money back, usually within a day or two of the request.

What is not refundable is spelled out just as clearly: keys that worked, accounts that were banned by the publisher's enforcement while using the kit, and passes whose time was simply spent. No policy anywhere covers those, and pretending otherwise would just make the honest parts harder to believe.

Requests go to support@modernwarfare4cheats.com with the order reference. Chargebacks filed before asking us are treated as fraud against the payment system and close the door on future purchases.
